Yes. Every shipment includes EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates covering chemical composition and mechanical properties, traceable by heat number. Our in-house physical and chemical laboratories perform real-time testing during production.

Absolutely. We regularly host SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek and client-appointed inspectors for pre-shipment inspection, witness testing and container loading supervision. Notify us at order confirmation so inspection can be scheduled into the production plan.

Short sample lengths of stock specifications are available; the sample value and courier cost are usually credited against your first bulk order. For custom profiles we can supply a first-article sample after tooling is prepared.

Yes. Our three production lines and 41 patented technologies allow us to roll non-standard sections, special wall thicknesses and custom lengths. Send the required dimensions, grade and quantity and our engineering team will confirm feasibility and tooling requirements.

DWG, DXF, PDF and STEP files are all accepted. Please indicate steel grade, surface treatment, welding standard, tolerance class and quantity per item so we can return an accurate quotation and processing plan.

Fixed-length cutting, pipe laser cutting, plate cutting, bevelling, drilling, precision machining, welded structural fabrication, hot-dip galvanizing and painting are all handled through our own workshops and qualified partners.

Yes. Ink-jet marking, custom labels, colour-coded end caps, branded strapping and neutral or customer-branded packaging are all available for distributor and OEM programmes.

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with the balance against copy of B/L, or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight. D/P and flexible terms can be discussed for long-term partners with an established order history.

MOQ is flexible. Stock specifications can start from around 5 tons, and we accept mixed containers combining tubes, plates, coils and sections so trial orders and project top-ups remain economical.

Stock items are ready in 7-10 days; custom rolling or fabrication normally takes 15-25 days after deposit. Sea freight from Qingdao is roughly 25-35 days to Europe, 30-40 days to North America and 10-18 days to Southeast Asia.

We quote EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP door-to-door. Shipping documents include commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (including FORM E / FORM A where applicable), mill test certificates and any inspection reports required by your bank or customs.

Standard export packing uses steel-strapped bundles with protective end caps and waterproof wrapping. Anti-rust oil, plastic caps, wooden pallets, seaworthy packing and fumigated timber are available for long-haul or humid destinations.

Notify us within 7 days of arrival with photographs, heat numbers and the packing list. If a deviation from the confirmed order or mill certificate is verified, we arrange replacement, re-processing or a credit note at our cost.

Yes. Our engineering team advises on grade selection, welding procedures, section properties and surface treatment, and can supply technical documentation and calculation references for your design or approval submissions.

Every order is archived with its drawings, tooling records and test data, so repeat production matches your original batch. Distributors on annual contracts can also request stock reservation and scheduled monthly shipments.
